FastLanes - Booking and Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

1.1. All bookings made through Fastlanes.co.uk are subject to availability and confirmation.
1.2. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details, including the date, time, and location of your booking.
1.3. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details provided during the booking process are accurate. Fastlanes.co.uk is not responsible for any errors or issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.


2. Payment Terms

2.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
2.2. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
2.3. All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) unless stated otherwise.


 

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Customer Cancellations:
● If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time.
● Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking time may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
● No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
3.2. Fastlanes.co.uk Cancellations:
● In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we will notify you as
soon as possible and offer a full refund or an alternative booking slot.
● Fastlanes.co.uk reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to
unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather
conditions, technical issues, or safety concerns.


 

4. Rescheduling Bookings

4.1. If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before the original booking time.

4.2. No monetary refunds will be given. Only credit will be given in your FastLanes account which can be used at a later date.
4.3. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the booking time may be subject to availability and an additional fee.
4.4. Fastlanes.co.uk reserves the right to deny rescheduling requests if the new date/time is not available.


5. Refund Policy

5.1. Refunds will only be issued in accordance with our Cancellation Policy (Section 3).
5.2. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days and will be credited to the original payment method used during the booking.
5.3. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time.

5.4. “Modify or cancel your Fastlane booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled time through your account. After confirmation, cancellations within this window will only earn account credits, no monetary refunds will be issued.”

5.5. “Flexibility is yours! Make changes or cancel within 48 hours of your booking directly from your Fastlane account. Note: Once confirmed, cancellations within this period will grant account credits, but not a cash refund.”

5.6. “Up to 48 hours before your Fastlane booking, you can easily adjust your plans. After confirmation, any cancellation within this timeframe will result in account credits, as we no longer offer monetary refunds.”

5.7 “Need to cancel or rearrange? You’ve got 48 hours to do so via your Fastlane account. After confirmation, changes within that window will earn credits for future bookings—no cash refunds provided.”

5.8 “Your Fastlane account offers flexibility for changes up to 48 hours in advance. Remember, once you’ve received your confirmation, any cancellations within this window will receive credits, not cash refunds.”

 
 
 

6. Late Arrivals

6.1. If you arrive late for your booking, we will try our best to accommodate you, but this cannot be guaranteed.
6.2. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, and no refunds or discounts will be provided for time lost due to lateness


7. Liability

7.1. Fastlanes.co.uk is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during your booking, except where such loss, damage, or injury is directly caused by our negligence.
7.2. You are responsible for ensuring that you and any guests accompanying you comply with all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Fastlanes.co.uk staff.
7.3. Fastlanes.co.uk reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the premises for inappropriate behavior or failure to follow safety instructions.


 

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. Fastlanes.co.uk reserves the right to update or modify these Cancellation and Booking Terms at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any updates.
